Walk, observe and learn about new natural species.
During the hike through the trails of Tortuguero National Park with a naturalist guide, you will be able to appreciate the flora and fauna of this biodiverse rainforest. Explore the native vegetation and see a wide variety of animal species that you will encounter along the way. During the day hike you will find toucans, parrots, sloths, spiders, guans, frogs, snakes, sloths, among others. On the night walk you will discover the wonder of night life, where everything comes alive and nocturnal animals feast. Frogs, snakes, spiders, lizards, bats, among other species, will come alive before your eyes. Choose the time that suits you best.

The experience since we have started was Great, because we had leave the village at 6pm and just around the corner we have spotted a red eyes tree frog I guess the guide told us that name, and he said is an endemic specie from Costa Rica I had done researching about and certainly was right, the knowledge about the Flora and fauna this guys have is impressive a super wide range of view to seeing animals me wife and I have one of the best experiences we’ve ever had in this awesome country, Pura Vida, we from Switzerland.

Arturo our guide has a huge knowledge of nature in Costa Rica. Through him we were able to learn an incredible amount and saw snakes, a faluta, lizards, frogs, insects and other animals. I highly recommend Arturo as a guide!
