Reservation, cancellation and payment policies

● Reservations can be made by telephone or by email, but will only be confirmed by email.

● Each reservation must be confirmed with a 50% deposit to reserve the tour and 7 days before the other 50%.

● All agencies that have an authorized credit with our company must send a copy of the payment at least 1 day before the tour to the mail: tripsnativos@gmail.com

● Each client must also submit their proper documentation to record the reservation of their services.

● Those agencies without credit must make the due payments at least 7 days before the start of each activity. In case of last minute reservations, payment should be made as soon as possible.

● Any change or cancellation of reservations must be made in advance before 4:00 p.m. on the day before the trip, for 1-day trips, and for tour of 1 or more nights, it must be done at least 4 weeks before the start of the tour. 

● There are no refunds to customers who do not show up for tours and do not show a proper reason why they could not attend. In case of doing so, 50% less fixed expenses will be returned as tickets to the park and so on. Otherwise we keep 100% of the payment.

● In case of circumstances beyond our control, such as (bad weather, natural disasters, etc.) We reimburse the total of your payment, less expenses alreadyincurred as  tickets to the park, which are not reimbursable.

● Our office hours are from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm at our office located in Tortuguero.

● Children under 3 years of age are not charged. Children from 3 years to 10 years have a 20% discount. From 11 years onwards they pay the full price.
All children must be accompanied by a parent or relative, adult.
